Welcome to Heogi Shop, a digital subscription provider offering access to various online services through shared or personal account setups.
By purchasing, subscribing, or using our services, you fully agree to all terms, conditions, rules, and policies stated below.

* Solo accounts
* Shared profiles
* Solo profiles
* Invite-based access (personal accounts)
2.2 Our service is independent and not officially affiliated with any platform (e.g., Netflix, Spotify, etc.).2.3 Due to the nature of digital access provisioning, some subscriptions may operate within alternative distribution channels, and therefore:* Service stability is not guaranteed at all times
* Occasional interruptions, changes, or limitations may occur

3. ACCOUNT TYPES

* Shared Account – Multiple users share credentials

4. ACCOUNT ACCESS & USER RESPONSIBILITY

* Unauthorized access caused by customer negligence
4.4 Customers must:* Keep credentials secure
* Avoid sharing access outside agreed terms


5. STRICT USAGE RULES
To protect all users, the following are strictly prohibited:
* ❌ Changing email, password, or account details (unless permitted)
* ❌ Logging in on unauthorized or excessive devices
* ❌ Sharing account access outside agreed setup
* ❌ Using VPNs if it disrupts service (if applicable)
* ❌ Tampering with account settings
* ❌ Reselling or redistributing access
⚠️ Violation will result in immediate termination without refund.


6. PAYMENT TERMS
Accepted payment methods:

* Maya
* GoTyme
* Other approved platforms
6.1 Full payment must be completed before activation
6.2 All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

7. SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD
7.1 Subscription durations range from 1 to 12 months
7.2 Subscription is considered ended when:* Remaining days = 0–4 daysNo further claims, fixes, or replacements will be entertained.


8. REMAINING DAYS POLICY

* Considered end of service
* No replacements, fixes, or support
ⓘ 5–7 Days Remaining
Customer options:
1️⃣ Refund
Formula:
(Price Paid) × (Remaining Days) ÷ Total Days × 0.6
Example:
₱100 × 4 ÷ 30 × 0.6 = ₱8.00
2️⃣ Deduction for Renewal* Refund amount can be deducted from next subscription


9. RENEWAL POLICY
9.1 Customers must renew within 5–7 days remaining to retain access
Billing Timeline* Day 1 → 10 days remaining (Billing Notice)
* Day 2 → 9 days remaining
* Day 3 → 8 days remaining
* Day 4 → 7 days remaining
* Day 5 → 6 days remaining (Due Date)
9.2 Payment window: 10–6 days remaining
9.3 A new receipt will be issued after the current term ends


10. FAILURE TO RENEW
If customer fails to pay:
* Within 48 hours during 6–7 days remaining, OR
* When 5 days remaining is reached
Then:* ⚠️ Account will be forcibly reclaimed
* ⚠️ Remaining 5 days will be forfeited
* ⚠️ No refund or compensation


11. ACCOUNT MODIFICATIONS & REPLACEMENTS
11.1 Heogi Shop may:
* Provide new credentials
* Modify existing account details
* Transfer access to a different account
11.2 This is part of normal service operation and not considered a defect


12. SERVICE LIMITATIONS
12.1 We do not guarantee:
* Continuous uptime
* Uninterrupted access
* Platform stability
12.2 Possible issues include:* Account resets
* Device/session limitations
* Platform restrictions
* Sudden logout or removal
These are considered normal risks of the service.


13. NO GUARANTEE CLAUSE
13.1 All subscriptions are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis
13.2 Heogi Shop does not guarantee:* Compatibility with all devices
* Permanent access
* Smooth or uninterrupted experience


14. REFUND POLICY
Refunds are ONLY applicable if:
* ✔ Covered under Remaining Days Policy
* ✔ Service failure is proven to be provider fault
No refunds for:* ❌ Change of mind
* ❌ Violations of rules
* ❌ Platform-related issues
* ❌ Partial usage dissatisfaction


15. TERMINATION RIGHTS
Heogi Shop reserves the right to:
* Suspend or terminate access
* Modify or revoke subscriptions
Without refund if:* Rules are violated
* Abuse is detected
* Risk to service integrity occurs


16. PRIVACY POLICY
